PERFORMANCE OF UPA DURING THE PAST 4 YEARS

PERFORMANCE OF UPA DURING THE PAST 4 YEARS

Lackluster Performance of UPA during the past 4 years witnessed hiccups.Coalition Governance has become in evitable in the annals of Indian Political History. We witnessed some unholy alliances between Congress and its allies in the last four years.

The task of meeting election process amidst the spiraling prices, unemployment, fuel price crisis, proposed reservation bill for women and unending terrorist threats as well as local issues.

Nation’s importance is more relevant than that of staying in power with anti national development policies.

As there were many poor State – Central government’s responses to nation’s priorities, we suffer now for not implementing infrastructural necessities to improve sharing of water resources, power transmissions, security to citizens against terrorism, un wanted escalations of prices in all commodities, strengthening those Public distribution systems, unemployment crisis, educational opportunities, inter regional disputes, illegal migrants issues, trade deficits, Common Minimum Programs, Law & Order, unabated corruptions, scandals in public funds and governance etc.,

One of the major drawback by UPA Governance is its failure to control & enforce Labour Laws including safety & security to women, children.( Minimum Wages, Working hours restrictions, P.F and pensions schemes etc.,)

Vote Bank Politics and Minorities appeasement programs by UPA & its Allies are going to cost nation’s development a lot.Time to weed out those anti social elements that bent upon creating mass abuse of women and children, environment, racism, communal disturbances, violence, crime, human rights etc.,

Many crucial issues UPA failed to take initiatives and mess up with blunders. Left parties & Sonia Gandhi’s Coterie and unable to implement radical measures to boost economy.

N.E region and J& K still suffer from terrorist tactics and mass infiltrations by Bangladesh, Pakistan and Chinese nationals as well as internal threats like Maoists, BODO, HUJI, ULFA outfits.

The set back of congress party and its allies to get elected in the recent elections held in Gujarat, U.P, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, and the by elections to Loksabha sent its jitterey wave signals to unite again as one party and face the electorates.

So for in the last 4 years of Coalition partners rule in the centre has not witnessed any major rally of all constituents of UPA coming together and it is going to cost them dear.

Now it is the time for BJP and its allies to grab this opportunity and claim its place for the plum Central Government in the next elections.
